About Boom Table Tennis Academy
Welcome to Boom Table Tennis Academy. We provide professional coaching, group classes, holiday programs, and event bookings at our Albert Park facility. By using our services or booking a class through this website, you agree to follow these Terms & Conditions.
Bookings & Online Payments
All bookings are managed via our online portal. We accept secure payments through our website. All prices are listed and charged in Australian Dollars (AUD). Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your spot in our classes or programs.
Cancellations, Rescheduling & Late Arrivals
We value your time and ours. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-shows, will not be eligible for a refund or credit. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your session. If you arrive late, your session will conclude at the pre-booked time to avoid delaying subsequent classes.
Behaviour & Safety Rules
Safety is our top priority. All participants must follow coach instructions and wear suitable athletic footwear. We maintain a positive, inclusive environment; any aggressive, bullying, or unsafe behaviour may result in immediate removal from the session without a refund. Parents must bridge supervise children until their class commences.
Coach Changes & Timetable Updates
While we aim to provide consistency with our coaching staff, we reserve the right to change coaches or adjust the academy timetable due to illness or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you of any significant schedule changes as soon as possible.
Photography & Use of Images
We occasionally take photos or videos during classes for promotional use on our social media channels or website. If you (or your child) do not wish to be photographed, please inform us in writing prior to your first session.
Liability, Refunds & Updates
Participation in table tennis involves physical activity; you participate at your own risk. Boom Table Tennis Academy is not liable for personal injury or loss of property at the venue. Refunds and credits are issued only in accordance with our separate Refund Policy. We may update these terms periodically to reflect changes in our services or Australian consumer expectations.
